These little Piggies actually went to the market.

Three Little Pigs is on a mission to create more enjoyable, everyday moments through casual, well-made charcuterie. Instead of houses, the pigs are represented by different types of charcuterie. The first pig is prosciutto, the second is salami, and the is chorizo.

My Role: Social Media Specialist, Editor & Illustrator: Responsible for creative concept, development, execution, marketing strategy, social media strategy, and management.

Cross-functional Partners: Communications, Legal/Licensing.

Objective: To provide a convenient and delicious option for busy consumers looking for a quick and satisfying meal solution, by offering a range of easy charcuterie based products that are ready in minutes, and can be enjoyed on their own or incorporated into a variety of recipes.

Solution: I worked closely with the the marketing team at both Village Gourmet and The FeedFeed. to develop a campaign and original recipes that brought both Three Little Pigs and Feed Feed’s vision to life, while maintaining Village Gourmet’s business goals. 

  1. Strategy: In collaboration with The FeedFeed, we identified and developed a partnership strategy. This included sponsoring influencers, recipe developers and professional chefs by providing them with free samples to try, and/or offering them an affiliate commission for any sales they generate.

  2. Craft original recipes: Our team worked with the influencers to craft original recipes that feature Three Little Pigs charcuterie. These recipes are unique and showcase the versatility of Three Little Pig’s products in a variety of form factors.

  3. Create promotional content: The collaboration with the influencers were further utilized as promotional content that showcases the recipes and the product. This was not limited to web and email blog post as well as social media.

  4. Launch the campaign: We launched the campaign by sharing our promotional content across our brand's social media. I encouraged influencers to share the content with their followers, using branded hashtags, CTA links to our online shop and mentions to increase visibility.

  5. Measure results: I tracked the success of the campaign by monitoring engagement rates, website traffic, and sales data. I used this data to further refine our strategy and optimize future campaigns.

Overall, this marketing campaign solution leverages the power of influencer marketing and original recipe development to showcase the value of Three Little Pigs’ product to potential customers and merchants, nationwide.
